How to Return Your Drone After the Rental Period ?
Returning your rented drone is easy and hassle-free. After your rental period ends:
- Pack the Drone: Place the drone and all accessories back in the original packaging.
- Drop it Off: Take the package to the nearest Bpost office (for Belgium) or another specified courier, within 24 hours of the rental end date.
- Track the Return: Use the tracking number provided by the courier to monitor the return.
- Get your security deposit back: After we receive the drone back, we inspect the gear and refund the security deposit.
