1. Is there a security deposit for renting the GoPro 12?
Yes, a refundable security deposit of 250€ is required. It will be refunded as soon as we inspect the gear when we get it back.
2. How long can I rent equipment for?
You can rent equipment for as long as you need, from a minimum of 4 days to several weeks or even months, depending on availability
3. How does the rental process work?
The rental process is simple and straightforward. You can browse our inventory online, select the equipment you need, choose your rental period, and place your order. We’ll handle the rest, from delivery to return.
4. How and When do I return the equipment?
The equipment needs to be dropped off in the original box at any Bpost office within 24 hours following the end date of your rental period.
5. Do you provide user manuals or guides for the rented equipment?
Yes, user manuals or guides are provided to ensure proper usage and handling of the equipment.
