The rental process is simple and straightforward. You can browse our inventory online, select the equipment you need, choose your rental period, and place your order. We’ll handle the rest, from delivery to return.

You can rent equipment for a minimum of 4 days to several weeks, depending on availability.

We recommend booking equipment as far in advance as possible to ensure availability, especially during peak seasons or for popular items. Our last-minute booking policy allows bookings up to 5 working days before your departure. For urgent inquiries, contact us at info@rentashot.eu.

Yes, you can extend your rental period, subject to availability. Contact our customer service team before your rental period expires to arrange an extension.

Yes, a security deposit is required at the time of reservation. The deposit amounts are: GoPro €400, Insta360 X3 €450, Insta360 X4 €500, Dji Osmo Pocket €450, DJI Mini 4 Pro €750. The deposit is refunded within 10 working days after the equipment is returned and inspected by Rentashot. In case of damages, part of the deposit may be retained to cover repair costs.

Yes, you can cancel or modify your rental order up to 5 working days before your scheduled departure date. All changes must be made through our customer support team at info@rentashot.eu.

Yes, shipping is free for all addresses within Belgium.

The equipment is delivered to your specified location between 24 and 72 hours before the start date of your rental period.

The equipment needs to be dropped off in the original box at any Bpost office within 24 hours following the end date of your rental period.

Currently, we do not offer pickup options for rented equipment.

Yes, you will receive an email notification with tracking information once your rental equipment has been transferred to our shipping partner for delivery.
